Rescheduling Policy. IMPORTANT.
Appointments must be rescheduled with advanced notice of a minimum of ONE FULL WEEKDAY BUSINESS DAY. This means that if your appointment is on a weekend, or a Monday, you must attend to any scheduling issues prior to noon on the preceding Friday.
Appointments rescheduled with less than the prescribed notice will be considered missed appointments and will incur charges equivalent to fees for time originally booked.
Why?
Without at least a full weekday business day's notice, I cannot fill the time slot originally reserved for you. As a small private practice, I simply cannot absorb the cost of late notice appointment rescheduling. To be fair, I must enforce this policy with every client, every time, without exception. This is the same practice used by most doctors, hotels, and salons.
