Kinetic Wellness is located in the heart of downtown Chicago's River West neighborhood. Conveniently situated just two blocks from the Kennedy Expressway (hwy 90/94), and the nearest Blue Line stop, our private studio is easily accessible. Parking is free and abundant. Detailed directions will be provided upon booking your appointment.
Rescheduling Policy. IMPORTANT.
Appointments must be rescheduled with advanced notice of a minimum of ONE FULL WEEKDAY BUSINESS DAY. Appointments rescheduled with less than the prescribed notice will be considered missed appointments and will incur charges equivalent to fees for time originally booked.
This means that if your appointment is on a weekend, or a Monday, you must attend to any scheduling issues prior to noon on the preceding Friday.
Why?
Without at least a full weekday business day's notice, I cannot fill the time slot originally reserved for you. As a small private practice, I simply cannot absorb the cost of late notice appointment rescheduling. To be fair, I must enforce this policy with every client, every time, without exception. This is the same practice used by most doctors, hotels, and salons.
